It is through an approach of the work by using “poor materials” that he finds the medium which will give place to its first personal exhibition, Carnets de voyage, (travel diaries), in Cordoba, Spain, where he finds a “key” lost by its ancestors five centuries ago and which gives rise to a series of works that he calls envelopments. Not identified pieces of art, envelopments conceal “stones” collected at the time of journeys, symbolic items which reseal an emotion, one moment, a thought.
